Full Of Glee sent me the "Cheryl" necklace picture below (that's not me in the picture by the way) and it is soooooo beautiful. First of all it came beautifully wrapped in a brown box with a blue ribbon. I opened the box to find this gorgeous necklace. One thing I love about the necklace (not to mention how beautiful it is) is that you tie it in the back so you can adjust the length of it.

I asked Crystal about her shop and this is what she had to say:

When did you open your Etsy shop? When I first came across Etsy, I was glued to the computer for days. I instantly knew I wanted to open a shop, so I created a username and then started playing around with ideas. I love love love jewelry and am also addicted to paper products, and wanted to find a way to combine the two worlds. I listed my first necklace in early March of this year, and have been having so much fun coming up with new designs.

Can you tell me a little about yourself? I live in the suburbs in Chicago and spend my days running after my 1 1/2 year old daughter and big ol' bulldog. When I'm not wiping up slobber or dancing around to Yo Gabba Gabba, I can be found reading, writing, or singing along to my favorite musical theater soundtrack. In addition to be addicted to accessories, I love glitter, lip gloss and chocolately desserts.

Can you tell my readers how you name your pieces? Each of my pieces is named after someone who has touched my life in a positive way. I search for paper patterns and gemstones that remind me of the person: for example, my Amy necklace is named after my mother-in-law, and she loves the beaches of Tybee Island, GA. The necklace reflects the colors of the Atlantic coastline.

What makes you smile? Watching my daughter discover the world around her.
