Kim's Cookie Couture sent me the most amazing sampler box of goodies! Most of you should know by now that I'm lemon crazy and it had 2 kinds of lemon cookies in it, raspberry thumbprints and these AMAZING truffles. I am a tad picky about my truffles and let me tell you I think my chin dropped to the floor when I bit into one of these truffles.

My husband had a meeting after work the night I got them and he was home for 5 minutes. As my husband was walking out I said "wait a minute I have something for you." My husband who really does not have a lot of expression stopped and looked at me and said "oh my goodness, did you try one of these?".

My mom also got to sample them and she also went crazy over them. All the cookies were really good but let me just say that if you love chocolate you do not want to miss trying these truffles.

When did you open your Etsy shop? Our Esty opened December of 2009.

How long have you been baking? We (my mom and myself) have been baking since 1988.

Can you tell me about your sampler boxes? Our Sampler Box is a wonderful option for those who, just are not sure about what to choose. It gives the customer the opportunity to have a box full of bite-size treats, to sample and share (or not, share). Sample Box cookies are 1/2 of the normal cookie size, so the commitment is small with a big reward!

What is your favorite item in your shop? A favorite!! Seriously!!! That's like asking a mother to pick her favorite child! OK, I'm partial to the Raspberry Thumbprints, but don't tell the others ;)
