Giveaway by T & T Crafts - PIF Event (this giveaway is now closed)

Today's featured shop for the PIF event is T & T Crafts. If you haven't read about our Pay-It Forward event yet you can read here.

T & T Crafts sells a bar of Orange/Ginger Milk soap for 20 cents as a PIF item. They are basically giving this soap away for free and only charging for shipping as a Pay-It-Forward item.

What really caught my eye in this shop is the felted soap. I have never heard of felted soap. I just learned about felted dryer balls (which I'm crazy about by the way) and now T & T Crafts sent me a felted soap to try and it's so cool, I really like it. I am really starting to like this felted stuff.

When did you open your Etsy shop? I opened my Etsy shop at the end of December in 2009.

Can you tell me about the PIF item in your shop? PIF item- Orange-Ginger Milk soap: Cold process soap made with fresh orange peel, fresh ginger, and cow's milk along with lye and different oils. Cold process soap isn't cooked and takes longer to cure.

Can you tell us about your felted and your wine soaps? My felted soaps are felted using dyed sheep's wool. Some are from homemade soap, a couple are from Ivory soap from the store. They are differentiated between in the item descriptions.

My wine soap is made from homemade Cabernet/Merlot wine from a friend of ours that makes wine. Most wine soaps only include a wine fragrance added later in the saponification process, mine includes actual wine and isn't diluted with water. All my soaps are dye free and no fragrances are added. They get the smells and colors from what is in them (i.e. wine, beer, coffee, etc)

Do you take custom orders? I LOVE custom orders!
