I love this shop and my birthday is a week away so if anyone wants to buy me anything you can shop at Kase & Anna's Mom. You can buy me anything you see pictured below other than the beautiful bracelet because they were kind enough to send that one to me.

I truly love this shop and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Kase & Anna's Mom has done a wonderful job with the photos but they still do not do justice for the colors in this bracelet. This is a fun shop to look at and I'm sure you will find something you love.

When did you open your Etsy shop? I started my shop in March, 2010 after much demand to offer my designs to a wider market.

Can you tell me a little about yourself? My Facebook profile says: "mother, wife, friend, daughter, teacher, jeweler, writer, scrapbooker, jokester, crafter, reader, thinker, worrier, learner, risktaker, viewer, shopper, clown, philosopher, arguer, peacemaker, entertainer, tweeter... and weirdo" and that's a pretty accurate description of me!
I've been a daughter for 34 years, a wife for 10 years, a Mom for 6 years, a teacher for 11 years, and a jeweler for 8 years. I started making jewelry just as a craft, but that quickly grew into a large customer base. When we moved to a new town, I stopped selling my jewelry, but found that my previous customers tracked me down and kept asking for new designs... so I succumbed and started an etsy shop. It's been phenomenal.

What inspires you? I don't draw out my designs in advance -- ideas swirl around in my brain (my brain is kind of like a swirling vortex of ideas and thoughts at all times). I'm inspired by fashion magazines, television (I'm a DVR-junkie), movies, and scrapbook paper...but, ultimately, the supplies inspire me. I pull out one bead, then play with another and see what works together. I like to let the supplies I have on hand guide me, rather than ordering things for a specific project.

Do you take custom orders? Of course! Most of my business has been built up over the years through custom orders -- grad jewelry, prom jewelry, wedding jewelry, etc...
